On 27 Mar 2026, French midfielder Paul Pogba regained notable confidence after scoring a beautiful goal in Monaco's friendly match against the "Bees," Brentford, a prominent English club.
Paul Pogba was signed on a free transfer by Monaco last summer. He played in three matches, totaling about half an hour on the field, before suffering a calf injury that sidelined him from December onward.
Recently, he recovered from his injury and returned to the field, scoring a stunning goal from outside the penalty area during the latest friendly. This was his first goal wearing the Monaco jersey, although it was not in an official match.
Paul Pogba is expected to possibly return to official play for Monaco on 5 April, when they host Olympique Marseille, the third-place team featuring Mason Greenwood.
