Cardoso was born in São Paulo, Brazil, but spent most of his childhood in Thailand, where he took his first steps toward a professional football career.
He developed through the STB Sports Thai Bavaria academy before moving to Bayern's international youth team under-18, known as the "Global Academy."
His career trajectory has steadily risen as he advanced to the "U19 World Squad" program. Cardoso is a right winger who can play effectively on both sides. He tested his skills with Bayern’s under-17 team before finally earning a professional contract with the club.
