The "Reds" Liverpool have made a shocking report by considering the former Manchester United manager as their new team head coach.
German media giant Bild reported the shocking news that "the Reds," Liverpool, a Premier League giant, are considering bringing Ruben Amorim, former manager of the "Red Devils" Manchester United, as their new head coach if they decide to dismiss Jürgen Klopp.
Amorim has been unemployed since parting ways with Manchester United a few months ago, and he may return to manage in the Premier League as one of England's major clubs, Liverpool, has shown interest in him.
Ruben Amorim's time at Manchester United was memorable, but not in a good way; the Portuguese manager had a win rate of only 38.09%, a very low figure for a prestigious club like the Red Devils.
This contrasts with his successor, Michael Carrick, who led the Red Devils to excellent results as interim manager, securing a spot in next season's UEFA Champions League.
Nonetheless, Ruben Amorim is still highly regarded for his achievements with Sporting Lisbon, and according to Bild, Liverpool is considering him as a candidate to replace Jürgen Klopp.
Currently, Liverpool is fourth in the Premier League and still on track to qualify for next season's Champions League. However, their performance this season has been somewhat disappointing despite significant reinforcements over the summer, which is why the Reds are contemplating parting ways with Jürgen Klopp.
If the Dutch coach is dismissed at the end of this season, Ruben Amorim would be among the first options considered by Liverpool's board.
