They are prepared to pay £95 million, approximately 4.175 billion baht, and include Uruguay defensive midfielder Manuel Ugarte in the deal with Nottingham Forest for Elliot Anderson.
Previously, the Manchester Reds signed Manuel Ugarte from Paris Saint-Germain, the powerhouse of France's Ligue 1, for £51 million, about 2.241 billion baht, hoping he would replace or ease the burden on Casemiro. However, the player did not meet these expectations.
Although the offer amount and the inclusion of the player make it nearly irresistible, it is believed that Nottingham Forest, known as the Tricky Trees, would prefer a cash-only deal of £120 million, approximately 5.274 billion baht.
