Mikel Arteta is confident Arsenal will defeat Paris Saint-Germain to win the UEFA Champions League.
After the Gunners won the English Premier League for the first time in 22 years, their last title being in 2004,
during a celebration at one venue, a clip surfaced showing Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta saying on stage, “This Saturday, we will be European champions.”
Arsenal has never won the UEFA Champions League but has reached the final once, in the 2005-06 season, when they lost 1-2 to Barcelona.
The UEFA Champions League final for the 2025-26 season between defending champions Paris Saint-Germain and Arsenal will take place on Saturday, 30 May 2026, at 23:00 Thai time, at the Puskás Aréna in Budapest, Hungary.
