Louis Saha, former Manchester United striker, shared his opinion after the Red Devils came from behind to draw 1-1 with Fulham in the latest English Premier League match, observing that at times United played at a pace resembling a charity match.
Saha said, “At moments when they decided to speed up their play, they truly looked like Manchester United. There was no problem at all; their quality is already good.”
“However, there were periods when they played at a speed as if it were a charity match. That was quite shocking.”
“Players need to perform at full effort. If they can’t maintain that after 70 or 80 minutes, they should be substituted immediately.”
