On 26 Oct 2026 GMT+7, Bruno Fernandes, the captain and midfielder of the Premier League's "Red Devils," Manchester United, liked a Reel post on Instagram by Wealth, which some see as reinforcing the current situation.
The Instagram Reel post liked by Bruno Fernandes said, "Don't push away those who have always been loyal until they become indifferent and no longer care about anything." Some interpret this as a subtle response to Michael Carrick, the team's coach, who dropped Bruno to the bench unused in the latest Premier League match, where Manchester United lost 0-3 at home to Bournemouth on Sunday night.
Meanwhile, Manchester United's senior board members, led by CEO Omar Berrada and Football Director Jason Wilcox, are preparing to hold a meeting to consider and decide Michael Carrick's future after the team lost 6 of the last 12 games and went eight matches without a win in all competitions. In the league, they have 7 points from 8 matches and currently sit 16th.
