"Como" set a fierce record after an overwhelming 9-1 away win over "Lens" in the UEFA Champions League 2026-27 league phase, matchday 4.
On 5 Nov 2026 GMT+7, Como, a prominent team from Italy's Serie A led by Spanish coach Cesc Fàbregas, made history with a dominant 9-1 victory over Lens, a Ligue 1 side from France, in the UEFA Champions League 2026-27 league phase matchday 4 last night.
This result made them one of the highest-scoring teams in UEFA Champions League history, setting a new milestone in the competition and equaling the record for most total goals in a single match, matching Borussia Dortmund’s 8-4 win over Legia Warsaw in 2016.
