The 33-year-old striker had only 12 months remaining on his original four-year contract, which he signed after moving from Premier League club Tottenham Hotspur in 2023 for £86 million.
Kane delivered an exceptional 2025-26 season, netting 73 goals in 65 matches, earning him the 2026 Ballon d'Or as the world's best male footballer last week.
This new contract with Bayern Munich effectively closes the door on Kane's potential return to the English Premier League, despite ongoing links to his former club Tottenham, as well as Manchester United and Manchester City.
