Maicon Cardoso’s journey began when he joined STB Academy (Sport Thai-Bavaria), a direct partner of Bayern Munich. This connection gave him the chance to try out his skills in Germany and led to his selection for the FC Bayern World Squad program, which scouts young talents worldwide to train with the club.
After strong performances, Cardoso signed with Bayern Munich and played for their youth teams at U-17, U-19 levels, and the reserve squad. He made his first appearance in a friendly match against Red Bull Salzburg on 6 January 2026.
