Bayern Munich Reveals Latest Valuation of Harry Kane, Sending Shockwaves to Liverpool

Bayern Munich, known as the 'Alpine Giants,' has revealed the latest valuation of Harry Kane, a development that directly impacts Liverpool.

Uli Hoeness, honorary president of Bayern Munich, believes the club got excellent value or even a bargain for acquiring Harry Kane, especially when compared to the amount Liverpool spent to sign Alexander Isak, which appears to be a failed deal.

Kane transferred from Tottenham Hotspur to Bayern Munich in August 2023 for about 100 million euros and has achieved great success with the Bundesliga giant. The England captain has scored 133 goals in all competitions, including 51 goals this season, which also includes the Club World Cup last summer.

While Kane has been performing impressively, Isak's first season at Liverpool has been hampered by injuries.

Isak moved from Newcastle United to Liverpool in September last year for a British record transfer fee believed to be around 150 million euros, after scoring 62 goals in 109 matches for Newcastle in all competitions.

However, he has managed only 3 goals in 16 appearances for Liverpool before suffering a broken shin bone, which may turn out to be an unwise investment for Liverpool. Recently, Hoeness emphasized that Kane's value has increased significantly over the past three years. If Isak is valued at 150 million euros, Kane's value would be 250 million euros.

Hoeness said, "Spending 100 million euros on Kane in 2023 was somewhat risky, but he has played incredibly well for us over the past few years. So if we assess his value based on performance, I would say Kane is now worth 150 million euros."

"But then you see Alexander Isak moving to Liverpool for 150 million euros. So if Isak is worth 150 million euros, Harry Kane is worth 250 million euros."
