Diomande has found a new club after transfer rumors involving Liverpool, Real Madrid, and PSG.
Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano declared "HERE WE GO!!!" as Real Madrid, the Spanish La Liga giants, officially agreed to sign Ivory Coast winger Yan Diomande from RB Leipzig for a fee exceeding 100 million euros.
The 19-year-old Diomande delivered an impressive performance last season, scoring 13 goals and providing 10 assists in 36 matches across all competitions for RB Leipzig in 2025-26, attracting interest from Europe's top clubs Paris Saint-Germain, Liverpool, and Real Madrid.
In the end, Real Madrid pursued the deal seriously, reaching a personal agreement with the player and finalizing the transfer fee with RB Leipzig. After passing his medical exam, Diomande will sign a five-year contract with Real Madrid, keeping him at the club until 2031.
Diomande is the fifth new signing for Real Madrid this summer, joining after Marc Cucurella from Chelsea, Ibrahima Konaté from Liverpool, Bernardo Silva from Manchester City, and Denzel Dumfries from Inter Milan.
