Bruno Fernandes Reveals Frustration Over Manchester Uniteds Intent to Sell Him

Bruno Fernandes, captain and midfielder of the "Red Devils" Manchester United, revealed his feelings that he might be sold by the club.

Bruno Fernandes, captain and midfielder of the "Red Devils" Manchester United, said he felt hurt that the club wanted him to leave during last summer's transfer window.

It is understood that Bruno attracted interest from Al Hilal, a Saudi Arabian club, who offered £100 million and a weekly wage of £700,000 to try to sign him. However, Bruno ultimately decided to stay. Recently, he disclosed that he felt Manchester United wanted to let him go.

“I decided to stay partly for family reasons, but also because I truly love the club. Conversations with the manager also influenced my decision to remain.”

“But from the club's perspective, I feel like ‘if you leave, it’s not that bad for us.’”

“That hurts me, but more than hurt, it makes me sad because I am a player with nothing to criticize.”

“I am always ready; I always play, whether my form is good or bad. I give my all.”

“And you see things around you—players who don’t value the club much and don’t defend it as they should… that makes you feel sad,” Bruno said.
