Red Devils Worry: Amorin Reveals Latest Bad News for Man Utd Ahead of Wolves Clash in Premier League

Red Devils worry: "Amorim" reveals the latest bad news for "Man Utd" ahead of the Premier League clash against Wolves.

On 30 Dec 2025 GMT+7, Ruben Amorim, Manchester United's manager, shared the latest team status ahead of their 19th match of the 2025-26 Premier League season. United will host Wolverhampton Wanderers tonight at 03:15.

Before the match, Man Utd sits 6th in the Premier League standings with 29 points, tied with Chelsea in 5th but trailing on goal difference (Chelsea +11 / Man Utd +4). Meanwhile, Wolverhampton is bottom with only 2 points, having not won any game yet (2 draws, 16 losses).

Although Man Utd looks much stronger than Wolverhampton and recently won 4-1 away on 7 Dec, the Red Devils still face absences of 8 players combined as follows.

Injured 5 players - Bruno Fernandes (hamstring), Mason Mount (muscle), Koby Meno (calf), Matthijs de Ligt (hamstring), Harry Maguire (hamstring).

On international duty for the Africa Cup of Nations are 3 players - Bryan Mbeumo (Cameroon), Ahmad Diallo (Ivory Coast), Noussair Mazraoui (Morocco).

Ruben Amorim confirmed the bad news for Man Utd before the match: none of the five injured players will return to play against Wolverhampton. "I don't know if Mason will be ready for this game."

"I think Koby Meno won't be ready, Bruno won't be ready, I also think Matthijs de Ligt won't be ready, Harry won't be ready. So, I believe we won't have any players returning."
