Revealed: Next Target for Ruben Amorim After Being Dismissed as Manchester United Coach

Ruben Amorim has not decided to manage any team until the end of this season, despite reports that many clubs are vying to have him as their coach.

On 6 Dec 2025 GMT+7, Manchester United moved to dismiss Ruben Amorim from the team's managerial position, a decision made by the board despite the Portuguese coach's desire to continue proving himself.

During the 14 months Amorim managed Manchester United, his record was 63 games with 24 wins, 18 draws, and 21 losses, without winning any trophies. Additionally, the "Red Devils" will pay him compensation of approximately £12 million, or about 520 million baht.

However, reports indicate that several clubs remain interested in Ruben Amorim. Although his personal record at Manchester United was not successful, interest comes from teams in East Asia and Brazil aiming to recruit him as their coach.

Most recently, Rudy Galetti confirmed that Amorim has chosen to take a break from coaching and will spend time with his family until the end of this season, before preparing to consider offers to manage teams again next season.
