Arsenal Stumble with a Draw Against Liverpool in Premier League Clash

The "Gunners" Arsenal stumbled after hosting Liverpool and drawing, but they still lead the Premier League standings in England.

In the 2025-26 English Premier League season, on the evening of Thursday, 8 Jan 2026 GMT+7, there was a single match where Arsenal hosted Liverpool at Emirates Stadium.

Early in the first half, at the 17th minute, Arsenal had a chance when Bukayo Saka cut in from the right and curled a left-foot shot, which was saved by Alisson Becker.

At 90+7 minutes, Arsenal came close again when Noni Madueke delivered a corner to the far post, and Gabriel Magalhães headed the ball just wide off the ground.

The match ended with Arsenal and Liverpool drawing 0-0.
