The 20-year-old Diomande has become a sought-after player after impressive performances, scoring 7 goals and providing 4 assists in 16 appearances across all competitions for Leipzig this season. He also played a key role in helping Ivory Coast reach the quarterfinals of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations before losing 2-3 to Egypt and being eliminated.
Diomande has attracted interest from major English Premier League clubs Liverpool and Manchester United. However, in his latest interview, he made clear that playing for Liverpool is his top preference.
Diomande said, "I have one dream. I want to play at Anfield. I want to play for Liverpool."
