A video clip revealed Liam Rosenior, Chelsea’s head coach, engaging in a fierce confrontation with Arsenal players during the warm-up period, before the "Blues" suffered a 0-1 away defeat to the "Gunners" and were eliminated with a 4-2 aggregate score on Tuesday night.
The incident occurred during the pre-match warm-up when the 41-year-old coach showed strong displeasure after seeing Arsenal players encroach into Chelsea’s territory. Rosenior was caught on camera shouting profanities: “Stay in your own half! Stay right there, damn it!”
He also walked over to point his finger at the players involved near the sideline and vented his frustration to his staff. Despite trying to focus on the game, he turned back once more to reinforce, “Stay right there,” just before the match began.
