One team is out of the race: the "Supercomputer" predicts the latest Premier League title favorites after matchday 25.
On 9 Feb 2026 GMT+7, Opta, the football statistics expert, revealed the latest predictions by the supercomputer on which team has the highest chance to win the 2025-26 English Premier League after all teams completed matchday 25.
1. Arsenal – 56 points
2. Manchester City – 50 points
3. Aston Villa – 47 points
4. Manchester United – 44 points
5. Chelsea – 43 points
6. Liverpool – 39 points
It appears that Opta's supercomputer has calculated that Liverpool is out of the running for the 2025-26 Premier League title after losing 1-2 at home to Manchester City in their latest match, leaving them 17 points behind leaders Arsenal.
The current favorite to win remains Arsenal, who recently thrashed Sunderland 3-0, though their title odds slightly decreased as Manchester City, the second favorite, secured an away win against Liverpool, maintaining a 6-point gap.
Aston Villa is third favorite but their chances have lessened after a 1-1 draw with Bournemouth. Chelsea follows as fourth favorite after a 3-1 away win at Wolverhampton, and Manchester United rose to fifth favorite after winning four consecutive matches since interim coach Michael Carrick took charge, most recently beating Tottenham 2-0.
