Spurs have officially appointed a new manager after sacking Thomas Frank, with the new coach marking his 12th job in 13 years.
On 13 Feb 2026 GMT+7, Spurs, a giant killer in the English Premier League, reached an agreement to appoint Croatian coach Igor Tudor as interim manager until the end of this season, following the dismissal of Thomas Frank.
Spurs recently lost 1-2 at home to Newcastle United, dropping to 16th place in the Premier League table, just 5 points above the relegation zone—far from the management's goals for success. This led to Thomas Frank losing his job in less than a year in charge.
Recently, Spurs chose Igor Tudor as interim coach until season's end, after eliminating two other candidates—Edin Terzić and Marco Rose, both former Dortmund head coaches. Tudor has a chance to become permanent manager if he impresses the "Spurs."
This will be Igor Tudor's 12th managerial role over 13 years since his first appointment in 2013. His coaching career includes the following teams:
Hajduk Split (Croatia) from 2013 to 2015.
PAOK (Greece) from 2015 to 2016.
Karabükspor (Turkey) from 2016 to 2017.
Galatasaray (Turkey) in 2017.
Udinese (Italy) in 2018.
Udinese (Italy) from 2018 to 2019, second stint.
Hajduk Split (Croatia) in 2020, second stint.
Verona (Italy) from 2021 to 2022.
Olympique Marseille (France) from 2022 to 2023.
Lazio (Italy) in 2024.
Juventus (Italy) in 2025.
Spurs (England) in 2026.
