The report states that De Zerbi is interested in managing the "Red Devils" and is among the coaches the club is considering for next season.
Meanwhile, Spurs are also interested in the Italian coach, but the club is currently in a difficult situation, sitting just one point above the relegation zone.
New coach Igor Tudor has lost all three matches since taking over. The former Juventus coach faces the risk of being dismissed but will remain in charge for next week's UEFA Champions League match against Atlético Madrid.
The report further notes that executives from both Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United greatly admire De Zerbi's attacking style of play.
Additionally, the Italian coach is admired by Manchester City as well, having a good relationship and strong ties with Pep Guardiola.
De Zerbi recently parted ways by mutual consent with Olympique Marseille on 11 February 2026 GMT+7, having taken over the team in the summer of 2024.
