English media publish poll results showing only fans from 7 clubs want to see Arsenal win the English Premier League.
On 21 March 2026, The Athletic, a leading English media outlet, revealed a survey conducted among fans from 18 Premier League clubs—excluding Arsenal and Manchester City—asking which team they would prefer to win the title.
Only fans from 7 clubs expressed a desire for Arsenal to win the championship. These clubs are Brentford, Crystal Palace, Everton, Fulham, Manchester United, Nottingham Forest, and Sunderland. Among them, Everton fans most strongly favored Arsenal, with 71.1 percent support.
Meanwhile, fans from 11 clubs preferred Manchester City to win. Tottenham Hotspur fans showed the highest support for Manchester City as champions, at 91.8 percent.
Currently, Arsenal leads the Premier League with 70 points from 31 matches, while Manchester City is second with 61 points from 30 matches. The two teams are scheduled to face each other in the Premier League on 19 April at 22:30 GMT+7.
