Mikel Arteta, Arsenal's manager, opened up after leading his team to a defeat against Manchester City in the latest English Premier League match.
Mikel Arteta, the "Gunners" manager, stated he has decided to lead the team forward and remains confident that his side can still win the English Premier League this season, despite the recent 1-2 away loss to Manchester City's "Sky Blues" in last night's Premier League game.
Following this defeat, Arsenal remains at 70 points, still leading the league but only by 3 points over Manchester City, and having played one more match. Nevertheless, Arteta is confident the Gunners will secure the championship.
Arteta said, "They have one game in hand. We have a three-point lead and five games remaining. So everything is still possible. We know how much we want it, and we will not stop; we will definitely keep pushing forward."
"It's a truly disappointing result because we played very well and gave our all during the match. We bounced back after conceding first, maintained great composure, and stayed in the game as we intended. We had the best chances but failed to score, and that made the difference."
"We created many key chances and played the right way, but in the end, winning or losing depends on moments. When they had their chance, they scored, and that was the difference."
