Dominic Szoboszlai Speaks Candidly After Liverpools Loss to Manchester United in Premier League Red Derby

Dominic Szoboszlai, Liverpool midfielder, spoke candidly after their away loss to Manchester United in the English Premier League's Red Derby.

Dominic Szoboszlai, the Hungarian international midfielder for the "Reds" Liverpool, expressed dissatisfaction with both the result and the team's performance, especially in the first half, following their 2-3 defeat to the "Red Devils" Manchester United in the Premier League's Red Derby last night. He stated that from now on, the goal is to secure a UEFA Champions League spot in the remaining three games.

Szoboszlai said, "It is not good at all to go home with zero points, and after the first half, we shouldn't have been happy at all. We should have played like we did at the start of the second half."

"We need to be more focused and pay attention to the details. I try to do my best, to pull others along, hoping to set a good example in every game and every day. That's what I want to do, and I want to do that in the last three games as well."

Regarding the team's situation, he said: "First, I'm not focusing on next season yet. I'm focusing on the next three games. We want to play in the Champions League next season because we deserve to be there. Let's see what happens in the future."

Following the defeat in the Red Derby, Liverpool remains with 58 points, holding 4th place in the table, still fighting for a spot in Europe's top club competition in the season's final phase.
