The 24-year-old Palmer has been linked with a departure from Stamford Bridge following a disappointing season both personally and for Chelsea. Although Palmer scored double-digit goals this season, his inconsistent form raises doubts about his place in the England squad for the 2026 World Cup.
Palmer feels uneasy about his situation at Chelsea, and the media stated he would be very happy to join Manchester United, the club he has supported since childhood, especially after United secured a Champions League spot.
Palmer is impressed by United’s revival under Michael Carrick, who is the frontrunner to become the permanent manager after the season ends.
