Bruno set up Patrick Dorgu’s goal in the Manchester United vs. Brighton match, bringing his total assists to 21.
This surpassed the previous record of 20 assists set by Thierry Henry with Arsenal in 2002/03 and Kevin De Bruyne with Manchester City in 2019/20.
Bruno was named Premier League Player of the Season on Saturday, following his earlier win of the Football Writers' Association (FWA) Footballer of the Year award.
Earlier this season, Bruno broke David Beckham’s record for most assists in a single Premier League season for Manchester United, which was 15 assists in the 1999/2000 season.
