Carrick has made a decision about Rashford's future with Manchester United following leaked photos of him with women.
Michael Carrick, manager of the "Red Devils" Manchester United, said in a post-match interview after a 1-1 friendly draw with Paris Saint-Germain that he is looking forward to working with Marcus Rashford again in a coach-player relationship.
Rashford's club future seemed uncertain this summer after Barcelona decided not to exercise the £26 million purchase option following his loan spell at Camp Nou last season. However, since Rashford still has a contract with the Red Devils until 2028, he is set to return to United for the pre-season, with Carrick open and ready to work with the player fully.
Carrick said, "I played alongside him, and I was on the pitch for his debut for the club, so we share a history together."
"This week, we have the full squad in Dublin. We will fly there immediately and have a few days to be together as a complete team."
"Marcus is among them, as are Koby Mendy and Lisandro Martinez. We are looking forward to seeing them."
