Although Chelsea secured a 3-2 away win over Fulham to claim their first three points of the 2026-27 Premier League season under new coach Xabi Alonso, Jamie Carragher decisively stated that the "Blues" will never win the Premier League if Robert Sanchez remains their goalkeeper.
In this match, Robert Sanchez was involved in both goals conceded by Chelsea. For the first goal, he failed to fully cover the near post, allowing Josh King to squeeze the ball in.
