Savinho, the Brazilian attacking player, opens up for the first time after moving from Manchester City to Tottenham Hotspur, linking his decision to coaching matters.
On 25 Aug 2026 GMT+7, Savinho, the Brazilian winger, spoke for the first time after transferring from the "Sky Blues" Manchester City, a top Premier League club, to rival league team "The Spurs" Tottenham Hotspur, also referencing coaching issues.
Savinho, who moved in a deal worth up to £85 million (approximately 3.793 billion baht), said, "This deal took a bit of time, but I am very happy to be here. It's a great opportunity at a great club with one of the best managers in the world. The moment I spoke with Roberto De Zerbi, I knew I had to come here."
"Whenever I played against Tottenham Hotspur, I always talked with my agent about the club. When he told me the club was interested in me, I was very happy. I’m glad this deal happened."
