Liverpool Tactically Persuades Target Player to Cancel Transfer Deal with Rival Club

Liverpool made a strategic move by persuading a target player to cancel his transfer deal with a rival club.

"Kamara" is excited!!! Planning to join "Liverpool" in 2027 after canceling a deal with "Chelsea" just before the transfer window closed.

talkSPORT reported that Lamine Kamara, the Senegalese international midfielder from Monaco, is eagerly awaiting a move to "the Reds" Liverpool, the Premier League giant, in 2027 after canceling a deal with Chelsea on the last day of the 2026 summer transfer window.

Chelsea believed they were about to sign the 22-year-old midfielder, but Monaco canceled the deal at the last minute. Reports say Kamara was advised by Liverpool to wait because the Reds plan to pursue signing him next year.

Renowned journalist Ben Jacobs stated, “Monaco still believes they can get £60 million and want to keep the player for now.”

“Chelsea originally expected to announce Kamara’s signing on a 6-year contract with an option for an additional year on deadline day. However, Liverpool called Kamara multiple times asking him to ‘wait,’ and conveyed the same to Monaco. The player also prefers Liverpool, so the deal with Chelsea ultimately fell through.”

“Liverpool doesn’t want Kamara right now but made it clear they will try to sign him in 2027. That was a key factor, as Monaco believes they can secure £60 million from Liverpool.”
