Jürgen Klopp stated, “If you ask me which team has the chance to win this season’s Premier League, I would say Chelsea. Many see Manchester City and Arsenal as the top contenders, but I have great confidence in Xabi Alonso. I’ve seen what he did at Bayer Leverkusen, and now he’s doing the same at Chelsea, playing with confidence. I believe he will succeed.”
“As for Liverpool, I’m sorry, but in my opinion, they are not among the title contenders. Having a new manager, like Manchester United or Tottenham Hotspur, does not instantly make you a championship team. Chelsea is the team I’m watching closely. Xabi Alonso can surprise everyone.”
