Dalot declared immediately after Man United's comeback win over Roma in the UEFA Champions League UCL.
"Dalot" roared!!! "Man United" overturns to beat "Roma" — this will be the turning point of the season.
Diogo Dalot, the fit full-back of the "Red Devils" Manchester United, stated that the home comeback 3-2 victory over Roma in the 2026-27 UEFA Champions League league phase last night could become a turning point for the team this season, marking their first win in 10 matches across all competitions.
Dalot said, "It's not just the manager; everyone is under pressure as well."
"I mean, when you can't secure a win for this football club, everyone involved feels the pressure, and we clearly felt it because we were not as good as we should have been."
"Times like this are really tough. I'm not going to lie, but I've experienced moments like this before, and the only way to get through it is by winning. I think that's the only way to build confidence."
"And nights like this can change momentum and be a turning point for us this season. I believe this victory will boost our confidence for the upcoming games."
"It's very important that everyone at the club feels we care. We want to turn things around, and I think we've shown that, especially in the second half, that we truly wanted to change the situation."
