Tawanchai congratulated the winner Liu Meng Yang at ONE Lumpinee 134.
On 20 Dec 2025 GMT+7, the featherweight kickboxing match took place at the year-end ONE Lumpinee 137 event. The highlight was the main event where Tawanchai P.K. Saenchai Muaythai Gym, the featherweight Muay Thai world champion, faced Liu Meng Yang, a tough and resilient fighter from China.
However, in this fight, Tawanchai was struck by an inside right kick that left him unable to stand from the first round, resulting in a shocking TKO loss to fans across Thailand.
Reports indicated that Tawanchai suffered a broken leg and will need some time to recover. Fans and many Thai fighters, including Rodtang, PTT, Suea Kim, and Pakorn, expressed their concern and wished the 'Left Star' a speedy recovery.
Recently, Tawanchai posted an update on social media through the Tawanchai P.K. page.
