
The "R80 Rajadamnern Anniversary" concluded the historic 80th anniversary celebration of Rajadamnern Stadium, where RWS handed out bonuses totaling up to 4.5 million baht.
On 28 Dec 2025 GMT+7, Rajadamnern Stadium, the legendary Muay Thai venue, closed a grand historic night in the eagerly awaited "R80 Rajadamnern Anniversary"—the biggest Muay Thai event of the year celebrating the 80th anniversary of Rajadamnern Stadium. The event featured the top fighters of the era battling fiercely, intensely, and with the pride of the ring, witnessed by full-capacity fans from Thailand and abroad. It also set a new record with total prize money and bonuses exceeding 4.5 million baht, underscoring the global recognition of this iconic Muay Thai arena.

The fights delivered thrilling excitement from the opening bout to the main event, captivating fans every second and perfectly showcasing Muay Thai’s power on this historic 80th anniversary night. In the main event super fight (super welterweight division), two top fighters from different classes met for the first time: Daniel Rodriguez, Rajadamnern 154-pound champion, versus Phetmorakot Bangmod Klongtan, 160-pound middleweight champion. The match featured fierce exchanges worthy of a super fight of the era, with Daniel landing clearer strikes to win by decision in a thrilling contest, continuing his reign in this division amid roaring crowd support. Daniel also received a winner’s prize of 500,000 baht.
Next was the co-main super fight (bantamweight division), another historic moment in Muay Thai through a collaboration between RWS and RISE. It featured "Charoensuk Boonlanna Muay Thai," Rajadamnern 118-pound champion, against visiting world champion Kazuki Osaki, a top-ranked RISE kickboxer and third best pound-for-pound fighter worldwide. Charoensuk used Muay Thai skills, strength, and great heart to relentlessly attack over five rounds, winning by decision with honor. This fight had a combined bonus of 1,500,000 baht: Charoensuk earned 500,000 baht as the super fight winner plus an additional 500,000 baht double fierce fight bonus, while Osaki received 500,000 baht double fierce fight bonus as a reward for his warrior spirit.
There was also the Rajadamnern 122-pound bloodline championship battle for supremacy between Phetsila W. Uracha and Khunsuknoi Boomdeksian. The intense, technical fight ended with Khunsuknoi landing more effective strikes to win by decision, claiming top status in the division with pride. RWS awarded a strong bonus of 1,500,000 baht for this bout: Khunsuknoi received 500,000 baht as super fight winner plus another 500,000 baht double fierce fight bonus, totaling 1,000,000 baht, while Phetsila's fierce fight bonus doubled from 250,000 to 500,000 baht.
The excitement closed with the Rajadamnern light welterweight 135-pound title fight between champion Saengmanee S. Saman Garment and interim champion Somraknoi Muayded 789. Saengmanee used his superior experience to control the fight and won by unanimous decision, successfully defending his title. Saengmanee received a winner’s bonus of 150,000 baht. Though Somraknoi lost, his constant aggressive style over five rounds earned him a fierce fight bonus of 100,000 baht as recognition of his fighting heart.
Another fierce bout rewarded with a bonus featured Ritttevada Petchyindee Academy, who delivered a beautiful TKO victory by elbow against Russian star Alexey Ulyanov in the third round. Ritttevada earned a 700,000 baht bonus from RWS, contributing to the total bonuses given at this event reaching 4,500,000 baht.
