One punch ended the fight as "Nam Charoen" unleashed a hook that flipped "Sato Phet" onto his back in round 3, still keeping his chance to advance. At the 25th True Muay Thai Tiger Cement Tournament held at Channel 7 HD Stadium on 8 Mar 2026 GMT+7, the Group B round of 16, Match 2 took place. Before the bouts, Mr. Jamorn Lekakul, representing Tiger Cement, honored both fighters by placing garlands on them as a gesture of encouragement. The first fight featured Nam Charoen Lanna Muay Thai against Sato Phet S. Chokmeechai at 116 pounds, followed by Pornphet Top Fairy Gym versus Mon Khao Cement D at the same weight. Both pairs stepped into the ring and exchanged fierce blows, creating an electrifying atmosphere with Thai and international fans cheering enthusiastically ringside.


In the first match, Nam Charoen Lanna Muay Thai faced Sato Phet S. Chokmeechai in a knockout elimination bout where the loser would be out of the tournament. Nam Charoen, the more compact fighter, aggressively advanced, throwing right kicks and punches to the body. Sato Phet, taller and longer with a right-handed style, used clinch knees effectively, making Nam Charoen flinch. The fight ended quickly as both exchanged knee strikes intensely when Nam Charoen landed a sharp left elbow to Sato Phet’s chin, followed by three consecutive left hooks to the body, causing Sato Phet to drop to the canvas for a 10 count. Nam Charoen won by TKO in round 3 and advanced, while Sato Phet was eliminated.


The second match featured Pornphet Top Fairy Gym against Mon Khao Cement D, both having won previous fights, with the winner advancing to the final eight. In round one, Mon Khao, stockier and shorter, aggressively threw body punches followed by a clear right elbow. Pornphet, taller with a professional clinch game, controlled the ring with right kicks and pushes, disrupting Mon Khao’s form early in round two. Midway through, both fighters exchanged clinch knees and punches at the center of the ring when Mon Khao landed a solid right hook to Pornphet’s body, causing him to collapse and vomit on the spot, prompting the crowd to erupt. The referee counted to 10, declaring Mon Khao the winner by TKO in round 2, advancing to the top eight immediately, while Pornphet remained in the tournament for future fights.

Dechdamrong against Saengphanom Phadungchai Muay Thai Yim and Yodkan Chang Nakhonsri facing Charito Lanna Waterside.
