Soh Ae Muangnon Reveals Sole Owner of Rights to Thailands Famous Boxer Rodtang Jitmuangnon

"Soh Ae Muangnon" revealed the sole owner of the rights to "Rodtang Jitmuangnon," the famous Thai boxer currently involved in a controversy.

On 16 Apr 2026 GMT+7, "Soh Ae Muangnon" disclosed that the sole owner of the rights to "Rodtang Jitmuangnon" is Mr. Somjit Waenkaew. This follows a controversy surrounding the boxer nicknamed The Iron Man, who is currently facing a lawsuit from ONE Championship claiming damages estimated at around 20 million USD, approximately 641 million baht.

The lawsuit spans three countries: Thailand, Japan, and Singapore. The claimed damages are based on reputational harm to the organization due to "Rodtang Jitmuangnon" livestreaming, posting images and messages, and an issue regarding a signature that the boxer alleges was forged. ONE Championship views these incidents as damaging to its reputation.

Recently, Soh Ae Muangnon stated, "Right now, the only person who can answer questions and help resolve this positively is the senior parties talking directly. The younger generation's role is just to fight because Mr. Somjit Waenkaew is the true owner of 'Rodtang' and has a legal contract with him."

"As for others, I am 100% confident they are acting improperly, Mr. Thep. Whatever the case, I won’t elaborate to avoid making things worse. At this moment, I still affirm that Somjit Waenkaew alone has the rights over 'Rodtang.' Regarding Mr. Chatri, Mr. Thep, he is currently the promoter who made 'Rodtang' famous, but I won’t discuss contracts or other details. Anyone wanting to know must ask Somjit alone because I am merely an executive, caretaker, program organizer, and show creator — that’s my role."
