Saenchai Responds to Keyboard Warriors Accusing His Teaching as Ineffective (Video)

Saenchai posted a clip teaching students during a Muay Thai seminar and received comments accusing him that his techniques are ineffective in actual fights. He then responded with a video as proof.

On 7 May 2026, Saenchai P.K. Saenchai Muaythai Gym, a legendary Muay Thai fighter, was criticized by a keyboard warrior who commented that his seminar teachings cannot be applied effectively in the ring. The move Saenchai teaches involves catching the opponent’s leg and counter-kicking to the neck or face area.

Saenchai shared a clip showing himself using that exact technique in competition, with the comment, "Whether it works or not, watch carefully. And don’t comment just to show off."

Known as the "Khormu Sarakham," Saenchai has a decorated career with multiple titles, including Junior Bantamweight 115 lbs champion at Lumpinee Stadium, Bantamweight 118 lbs champion at Lumpinee twice, interim Featherweight 126 lbs PABA boxing champion, Super Featherweight 130 lbs champion at Lumpinee twice, Lightweight 135 lbs MTAA champion, Lightweight 135 lbs Toyota Cup champion, Lightweight 135 lbs Lumpinee champion, Lightweight 135 lbs WMC champion, Super Lightweight 140 lbs WBC Diamond champion, Welterweight 147 lbs WPMF champion, and Welterweight 147 lbs Muay Thai Warriors champion.
He also won the Toyota Marathon 140 lbs championship, Thai Fight belt at 67 kg, Thai Fight titles at 67 kg (twice) and 70 kg (twice), and Super Lightweight 140 lbs Phoenix champion.
