Celebrating RWSs 200th Event with the Grandest Muay Thai Show Featuring Two Super Fights

Rajadamnern Stadium, known as the “Home of Muay Thai,” is preparing to create a historic phenomenon that fans worldwide will watch closely in the RWS 200 event, celebrating the great success of the Rajadamnern World Series (RWS). Over the past four years, RWS has continuously advanced Muay Thai onto the global stage, now reaching its 200th event. This time, it brings the grandest lineup ever for global fans, headlined by two world-stopping super fights: Daniel Rodriguez, one of the most skilled Muay Thai fighters of this era, facing Ángel Bauza, a fierce bloodthirsty opponent from Argentina. Also featured is the rematch of the intense 2025 fight between Jigsaw Sitthailand and Duan 99 A. Petchkhunsuek, plus one interim championship bout between Koki Osaki and Chaiton W. Uracha, along with four more thrilling matches. The excitement will erupt on Saturday, 27 June 2026.

The highlight of RWS 200 is the “world-stopping” main event super fight for the Rajadamnern Stadium super welterweight 154-pound title. Daniel Rodriguez, one of the best pound-for-pound Muay Thai fighters of this era and a four-year reigning Rajadamnern champion, prepares to defend his title for the fifth time against Ángel Bauza, a fierce and powerful puncher from Argentina. Bauza recently shocked the world by knocking out WBC 160-pound world champion Garreth Smiley in the first round. This fight is a crucial test to see whether the long-standing king Daniel or the destructive force Ángel Bauza will prevail.

Another highly anticipated bout is the million-baht super fight for the Rajadamnern flyweight 112-pound title between Jigsaw Sitthailand, the reigning champion, and Duan 99 A. Petchkhunsuek, the 108-pound champion who moved up in weight to chase success. Their first fight in October 2025 was legendary, considered one of the fiercest bouts in Muay Thai history and won Rajadamnern’s Fight of the Year 2025. This time, the stakes are even higher. Jigsaw, known for his powerful weapons, faces Duan 99, one of the hardest punchers on this stage. Both are ready to make history again and aim to win Fight of the Year at Rajadamnern for two consecutive years.

In a battle of pride under the collaboration between RWS and RISE, Japan’s top Muay Thai organization, Koki Osaki, a top-4 pound-for-pound kickboxing star and current RISE bantamweight world champion, crosses over to compete for the interim Rajadamnern super bantamweight 122-pound title against Chaiton W. Uracha, a fiery fighter fresh off two consecutive knockout victories. Known for his heavy weapons and fierce power, the W. Uracha camp’s fighter is ready on the ring. This match promises to explode with intensity every second.

Following is a fierce 3-round Muay Thai bout between Dmitry Menshikov, a brutal Russian rising star who recently knocked out former Rajadamnern title challenger Josh Hill in a stunning debut, against Emerson Bento, a former Rajadamnern champion known for heavy weapons and aggressive style. This fight is considered one of the most likely to end early, as both fighters possess the power and sharpness to finish the match in a split second.

In the preliminaries, fans will see a clash between Award Kasimba, an entertainer known for his relentless forward style and viral striking, and Gonzalo Albinacorta, an equally dangerous opponent with heavy punches and elbows capable of sending fighters down anytime. This fight has a constant potential to surprise and draw cheers from the audience.

Two other must-watch matches include the opener between Albert Campos and Oscar Fonseca, both bringing fierce and exciting styles, and the meeting of two rising Muay Thai stars: James Kostich from Australia and Miki Gazali, the youngest member of a famous Malaysian Muay Thai family.

RWS will offer special bonuses beyond the super fight and championship fight bonuses for all fighters competing in this historic main event. Fighters who achieve a beautiful knockout in any of the four 3-round matches will receive an immediate bonus of 250,000 baht. For the three championship bouts, any fighter who wins by knockout will receive an additional 500,000 baht. These amounts are separate from the super fight and championship fight bonuses. This means a super fight winner by knockout could earn up to 1,500,000 baht in prize money, while championship fight knockouts could earn up to 850,000 baht.

Mr. Thierchai Phisitwuttinan, CEO of Global Sport Ventures Co., Ltd. (GSV), Rajadamnern Stadium board member, and RWS chairman, said, “Four years ago, I spoke about RWS when it was just a distant dream. Today, I am very happy and proud to have reached this point. We have dedicated ourselves to producing quality Muay Thai events over 199 events. This Saturday’s 200th event will be another historic moment for Muay Thai. The fighters featured will be the best and most thrilling. I am confident all fighters competing this Saturday will impress everyone.”

“Another pleasing development is the partnership between Rajadamnern Stadium, RWS, and Fairtex, a world-class Muay Thai equipment brand. From the start, our goal has been to be one of the Thai teams that take Thai products and events to the global level.”

“We want to collaborate with Thai brands that are global. We are very pleased and honored to have the opportunity to partner with Fairtex for this event.”

The RWS 200 event marks another important chapter in Muay Thai history, gathering top champions from around the world to compete on this prestigious ring.
