Rodtang Jitmuangnon explained that after gaining fame, many people came to take advantage of him—no one at ONE forged his signature. Now, "THE IRON MAN" is back to his original self!
Rodtang posted, “Hello, I would like to use this space to clarify all issues once and for all so I can move forward and focus on my future.”
“It is true that after I gained fame and wealth, many new people entered my life, and among them, several did not have my best interests at heart but only sought to profit from me. I won’t go into detail, but I can say that I made mistakes by following the advice of these people. Now, I have cut ties and separated myself from them completely.”
“Today, I want to clarify the truth: ONE has consistently paid me more than the amount stated in my contract, and no one in ONE has ever forged my signature. I sincerely apologize to Timo Ruge, one of ONE’s fight organizers, for the misunderstanding that occurred.”
“Finally, I want to express my sincere regret and apologize to Khun Chatri for any damage or impact I may have caused to ONE, especially over the past few months. The best way to prove my sincerity is to win the world championship again, bringing honor and pride to Thailand and the Jitmuangnon gym. The world will see "Rodtang" in his best and strongest version ever. I remain hungry for victory and fully committed.”
“Now, "The Iron Man," the original Rodtang, has returned!”
Rodtang will return to fight on 28 October 2026 at Iconsiam, Bangkok, in the event celebrating the 30th anniversary of the Jitmuangnon gym.
