Decha Kittiwitthayanan, or Lawyer Decha, has spoken out about Rodtang Jitmuangnon after ONE Championship sued him for approximately 641 million baht.
On 16 Apr 2026 GMT+7, Decha Kittiwitthayanan, a well-known Thai lawyer, commented on Rodtang Jitmuangnon after ONE Championship filed a lawsuit against the famous Thai fighter, former ONE Muay Thai Flyweight World Champion, for multiple breaches of contract.
It is estimated that ONE Championship is seeking damages up to the maximum of 20 million US dollars, approximately 641 million baht, through lawsuits filed across three countries: Thailand, Japan, and Singapore. This figure is based on the assessment of reputational damage to the organization caused by Rodtang's live streams, posts, and messages, as well as the issue of a signature Rodtang claims was forged. ONE Championship views these actions as damaging to their reputation.
Recently, Decha Kittiwitthayanan, or Lawyer Decha, expressed his opinion on the matter: "If the contract between ONE Championship and Rodtang Jitmuangnon is in English and the contracting party cannot read English, it may be considered null and void. However, this is not always the case; other circumstances must be examined as well."
