This bout marks a rematch after their first encounter at ONE 172 in Japan last March, which ended quicker than expected when Takeru was knocked out by Rodtang just 1 minute and 20 seconds into the first round. This time, he hopes to avenge that loss and conclude his boxing journey in the best possible way.
