On 20 April 2026, Takeru Segawa, the superstar fighter from Japan, made a strong declaration ahead of his bout against Rodtang Jitmuangnon at ONE Samurai 1, taking place at Ariake Arena in Tokyo, Japan, at 12:30 p.m.
The 34-year-old Takeru vowed not to repeat his past mistakes and to avenge Rodtang by capturing the interim ONE Kickboxing Flyweight World Championship belt before retiring perfectly in the main event of ONE Samurai 1 on Wednesday, 29 April.
