On 30 Apr 2026 GMT+7, after Ratthang Jitmuangnon was knocked out in the fifth round by Takeru Segawa in the flyweight kickboxing division at ONE SAMURAI 1, marking Takeru's farewell fight and his achievement as interim world champion.
Earlier this morning, "Sao Ae Jitmuangnon" posted an interesting reflection saying:

Everything that has passed is a lesson we will not repeat. Time to move on, see you tomorrow at Lumpinee Stadium to continue working."

Additionally, Sao Ae posted a photo with Ratthang, captioned "The smile of a fighter."
Ratthang will return to Thailand late tonight before addressing off-ring issues with ONE moving forward.
