On 28 June 2026, the 25th Poonsuea Muay Thai Tournament took place at Channel 7 HD Boxing Stadium. The Group A quarterfinals, second match, were held on this date. Before the fights, Mr. Adam Sanit-sart, representative of Poonsuea Company, honored the fighters by placing garlands on them as a token of encouragement. The bouts featured Yodkan Chang Nakhonsri (red corner) versus Saengpanom Phadungchai Muaythai Gym (blue corner) and Mon Khao Cement Dee (red corner) versus Hasadee Teenoi Kachin (blue corner), all in the 116-pound weight class.
In the first fight, Yodkan Chang Nakhonsri faced Saengpanom Phadungchai Muaythai Gym. The loser would be immediately eliminated. Both fighters favored a right-handed style with long reach and strong knees. Saengpanom aggressively delivered right kicks to the body. Yodkan maintained his defense, countering with right kicks and punches. Saengpanom continued to target the body with right kicks but was caught by Yodkan, who clinched and delivered multiple knee strikes, causing Saengpanom to recoil and retreat. Yodkan then tightly controlled the clinch, pulling and striking with knees from both sides. Toward the end, Saengpanom's offense was unclear, and Yodkan won by points, allowing him to continue while Saengpanom was eliminated.
In the second fight, Mon Khao Cement Dee faced Hasadee Teenoi Kachin. Both fighters had previous wins, and the winner would advance directly to the semifinals. Both were left-handed fighters. Mon Khao aggressively targeted Hasadee's lead leg with left kicks, but Hasadee remained composed, landing clear left kicks to the body and clinching to deliver knees and alternating left and right elbows directly to Mon Khao's forehead, causing heavy bleeding by the end of round two. In round three, Hasadee confidently pressed forward, combining left kicks, clinching, knees, and sharp elbows. The referee stopped the fight, declaring a TKO victory for Hasadee in round three, making him the first to reach the semifinals, while Mon Khao continued in the tournament.
For the 25th Poonsuea Muay Thai Tournament Group B quarterfinals, second match, the first fight will feature Muangchang S. Dechapand (red corner) versus Saengthongnoi Saengthongkagas (blue corner) in the 116-pound division. The second fight will be Thailand S.
