Who Will Snag the Last Playoff Ticket?

Who will claim the final playoff ticket?

Thailand's top-tier futsal league, the “MEA Futsal Thai League 2026,” this weekend

will reach its final regular-season matchday.

So far, five teams have secured their playoff spots, including

1st place: Thakham Cold Storage Club.

2nd place: Bluewave Chonburi.

3rd place: Phetchaburi Rajabhat.

4th place: Black Pearl United.

Meanwhile, Bangkok FC has guaranteed a playoff berth as the 5th team, with their final position—5th or 6th—depending on the last match.

The last playoff spot is a three-way battle among Phuket United, Surat Thani, and Port ASM,

with only one team advancing to the playoffs.

The MEA Futsal Thai League 2026 final regular-season matches

will be held on Saturday, 24 Oct 2026, featuring four matches all starting simultaneously at 18:00.

Nonthaburi Futsal Club vs. Ratch Navy.

Bluewave Chonburi vs. Kasem Bundit FC.

Black Pearl United vs. Thakham Cold Storage Club.

Nakhon Pathom Christian United vs. Phetchaburi Rajabhat.

The highlight on Saturday will be Thakham Cold Storage Club’s attempt to make new history as they visit Black Pearl,

where if the “Thep Prachai” futsal team wins, they will set a remarkable record by winning all 26 matches and earning a perfect 78 points, becoming the first team to do so.

Another critical match is the relegation fight between 12th-place Nonthaburi Futsal Club and 13th-place Ratch Navy.

The loser will be relegated along with bottom-ranked Nakhon Pathom Christian United to the lower league immediately.

The home side, Nonthaburi, has a slight advantage as a draw will ensure their safety.

Ratch Navy, however, must win to survive.

On Sunday, 25 Oct 2026, three matches affecting the playoff race will be played simultaneously at 18:00.

Bangkok FC vs. Phuket United.

Port ASM vs. Nakhon Ratchasima JT Truck 2023.

Thammasat Stallions vs. Surat Thani.

What are the chances for each team to secure a playoff spot?

Today, we analyze the situations and paths for each contender.

Starting with the “Capital Knights,” Bangkok FC, their final standing—5th or 6th—depends on their last match against Phuket United.

If Bangkok secures at least a point against Phuket, they will finish 5th.

If Bangkok FC loses to Phuket United, both teams will tie at 42 points.

Phuket would have the head-to-head advantage, having won both encounters, thus finishing 5th, pushing Bangkok FC to 6th.

This means Phuket will enter the playoffs only if they beat Bangkok.

Winning would guarantee Phuket a playoff spot and 5th place without relying on other results.

If results don't favor them, and the contest is against Surat Thani or Port ASM,

if Phuket United ties on points with Surat Thani at 39,

Phuket holds the head-to-head advantage over Surat Thani.

If Phuket equals Port ASM at 40 points,

Port ASM has the head-to-head advantage over Phuket United.

Surat Thani, the “Lightning Shrimps,” will make the playoffs only if they beat Thammasat Stallions on the road.

Then they must hope Phuket United fails to beat Bangkok FC to claim the 6th and final spot.

Port ASM will qualify for the playoffs only if they defeat Nakhon Ratchasima JT Truck 2023.

They also need Phuket United and Surat Thani both to lose their matches.

This would leave Port ASM tied at 40 points with Phuket United,

but Port ASM would hold the head-to-head advantage and secure the last playoff ticket.

At this point, all teams still have a chance to qualify for the playoffs.

It all depends on the outcomes of the final matches!
