
The Thai teqball team delivered an outstanding performance, winning two world titles at the 2025 World Championship in Romania.
The 2025 Teqball World Championship took place at Strada Ban Yianos in Odorheiu Secuiesc, Romania, on 7 Dec 2025 GMT+7, marking the final day of competition. The highlight was the championship finals, where the Thai curved table football team contended for titles in four categories, being the defending champions in all. The Thai national teqball team showcased a dominant performance, securing 2 gold medals, 2 silver medals, and 1 bronze medal.
Women's singles gold medal: Jutatip Kanthatong, last year's champion, defeated Kinka Barabasi, the world's second-ranked player from Romania, 2-1 sets with scores of 12-8, 10-12, and 12-3, successfully defending her world title for the second consecutive time.
Women's doubles gold medal: Jutatip Kanthatong and Supawadee Wongkamchan defeated Petra Pesci and Nora Vicszek from Hungary 2-1 sets with scores of 12-9, 8-12, and 12-6.
Men's doubles silver medal: Sorasak Thesiri and Jeerati Janliang lost to Bogdan Marojević and Nikola Mitro from Serbia, who have twice been world champions, 0-2 sets with scores of 7-12 and 3-12.
Mixed doubles silver medal: Supawadee Wongkamchan and Pakphongdej Charoen were defeated by Kinka Barabasi and Ápor Jorgyidek, the favorites from the host country, 0-2 sets with scores of 2-12 and 10-12.
Men's singles bronze medal: Uthen Ku Kiew.
