Chutikarn Jongkolrattanawattana won the gold medal in the women's 53kg taekwondo event at the 2025 SEA Games.
On 13 Dec 2025 GMT+7, during the final day of taekwondo at the 2025 SEA Games, in the women's 53kg final, Chutikarn Jongkolrattanawattana (blue corner), the 2023 SEA Games silver medalist from Thailand, faced Nguyen Thi Luan (red corner) from Vietnam.
Chutikarn defeated the Vietnamese athlete 2-0 in rounds, with scores of 7-6, securing the gold medal and avenging her 2023 final loss to an Indonesian competitor in Cambodia two years earlier.
This win brought the Thai taekwondo team its seventh gold medal at the 2025 SEA Games.
