On 13 Dec 2025 GMT+7, General Maneegr emphasized important matters to the Thai national team for the ASEAN 2025 sports event under the leadership of Coach Wang Thawatchai Damrong-ongtrakul before their fierce semifinal clash against the "Yellow Tigers," the Malaysian national team, in the men's football ASEAN 2025 tournament.
General Maneegr stated, "In the next game, we face Malaysia, whom we have already met during the Asian Championship qualifiers, and we managed to win. But it was not an easy match; we must not underestimate them. Right now, we must focus on each game without looking ahead to the final. The team has been working hard to improve communication and tactics, especially in attacking plays. The "War Elephants," Thailand's men's national football team, will compete in the 33rd ASEAN Sports Festival 2025 semifinals against Malaysia at Rajamangala National Stadium on 15 December 2025 at 20:00 GMT+7. The match will be broadcast live on PPTV HD 36 and the True Vision NOW application.
