Esports President Accuses Tokyogurl of Being Fake! Criticizes Coachs Method of Measuring Skill Causing 2025 SEA Games Scandal

Santi Lothong, the Esports president, accused Tokyogurl of being fake! He criticized the coach's method of measuring skill that led to a scandal at the 2025 SEA Games.

On 17 Dec 2025 GMT+7, regarding the drama involving the Thai national esports athlete known as "Tokyogurl" or Napat Warasin, she was caught using unauthorized software during the women's ROV competition at the 2025 SEA Games, resulting in her removal from the event.

This act violated Article 9.4.3 of the esports technical manual concerning unauthorized third-party software use or hardware modification during competition. Subsequently, Santi Lothong, President of the Esports Association of Thailand, live-announced the official withdrawal of the women's RoV (or AOV) team from the 2025 SEA Games.

Recently, Santi Lothong, President of the Esports Association of Thailand and Chairman of the Asian Electronic Sports Federation, revealed on the "Hon Krasae" program that before being caught cheating, "Tokyogurl" was recognized as the most skilled player on the team.

The Esports Association president said, “We judged by the statistics where she was far ahead, but today we are ashamed to say she was truly skilled. Now we have clear evidence. Personally, I consider her fake. I also blame the coach—what discretion did you use to measure skill? If your assessment was accurate, this would not have happened. We will further investigate this internally as another case.”
