No further goals were scored. The match ended with Thailand beating Indonesia 2-0 to claim the bronze medal at the SEA Games once again.

This marks Thailand women's football team's fourth SEA Games bronze medal, following their podium finishes in 2003 in Vietnam, 2005 in the Philippines, and 2023 in Cambodia. This compensates for missing out on the gold medal for 12 years since their last championship in 2013 in Myanmar (where they have won a total of five titles).

The Thailand women's national football team will hold a meeting to review their performance and prepare for the FIFA Series 2026 tournament early next year, with further details to be announced later.
